Unfortunately, the registrations for the High School Math Contest scheduled for December 5, 2009 haven't reached the minimum number I need to have an effective contest. (This is my own fault, as I started the publicity process too late and forgot about the Thanksgiving week break most school districts take).
So I'm going to POSTPONE the contest until January 2010.

On the "Test Details" page, I have posted sample questions for the High School Contest. The document contains a few questions from each type of Test used in the High School Contest (Sprint, Target, Team).
I posted a sample High School Number Sense Test used in Texas UIL (University Interscholastic League).

I have been asked if Middle School students who are taking High School math courses can compete in the High School Math Contest.
The answer is: Of course! i welcome the middle schoolers in such classes as Geometry, Algebra-II, or beyond to the High School math contest. They may compete in all the contests, both Individual and Team Tests.

The second SACMATH contest has finished up, and I think itwent just as well as the first contest!
The Middle School Math Contest was held on Saturday, November14, 2009, at Casa Roble High School. 60 students spent their Saturday morningcompeting in various different math contests.

Registration for the Middle School Math Contest has closed, as of Friday November 13 at 10:30 AM. It's 24 hours before the contest, and we have 62 students registered, so closing it now allows me to get everything ready in time for the contest.
Informational mailings for the High School Math Contest went out on Thursday, November 12, so registration for the High School Math Contest is now OPEN. To register, click "Contest Registration" in the left-hand menu.

The first SACMATH contest is now in the books, and I feel safe in saying that it was a big success!
The Elementary School Math Contest was held on Saturday,October 24, 2009, at Winston Churchill Middle School. 67 students spent a Saturday morning competing in various different math contests.
